Alarm bells once again ringing when a simple communication with the hotel went unanswered, then a follow up and again unanswered. For a 5 star hotel the guest experience / journey starts at the first point of contact. Service levels need to be seamless, If charging circa £500 plus per night offer a service level to match.

From entering the reception to drop out bags the staff could not have been more helpful. Our room was ready 4 hours early and we checked in at 10:45am. Great start, the room is clean tidy, spacious and modern compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The staff carried our bags to the room, gave us advice on shopping areas and gave us a lot of information about the hotel’s facilities. Kyaw in particular has excellent customer service qualities and the service we received from him ensured that our stay started in the upbeat positive and luxurious way we had hoped for. The experience by the staff at this hotel ensure clients feel special and it was greatly noticed.

Had a lovely last minute stay here. We was warmly greeted by Kyaw at reception, he was informative and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Hotel room was great and beds were very comfy, spa facilities were also great. Will be returning! Thanks for a lovely stay 🤗

We had a Spa break here bought as a Christmas gift and it was nothing short of amazing. The room and spa facilities are fabulous. We were welcomed by a lovely young lady on front of house she was so informative and friendly the room was immaculate and the bed so comfortable. The spa was the icing on the cake again lovely polite welcoming lady on the desk we didn't use the gym however we had a look around they have everything you need with top notch equipment too . Highly recommend a stay here . Definitely use the Spa it's amazing.

Was a very nice and pleasant stay, this was for my girlfriends 21st and Kyaw acknowledged that and put an extra effort in to make it feel special for her. The spa was lovely and overall was a great experience. Would definitely return again!!!!
